We had 2 apartments in Villa Eber for a family holiday in the last week of August. The villa was a lovely place to stay: Very peaceful, comfy, good amenities, nice pool area, great BBQ and Andrew and Ana were wonderful hosts and very responsive and helpful. The villa has a small shop and a lovely inexpensive cafe within 15 minutes walk and a good restaurant about 20 min walk away. Getting Ubers into and out of Albufeira was easy and we never had to wait longer than about 3-4 minutes for a pickup in either direction. Walkable into Albufeira, if you don't mind the heat, in about 30-35 min. Already making plans to return as we had such a lovely holiday here.

We stayed at the one bedroom apartment and couldn't be happier with the accommodation. The cleanliness, quiet atmosphere of the overall complex was exceptional. So we'll run. Also have to say the friendliness and helpfulness of Andrew and Anna was second to none. Absolutely recommend for a stress-free holiday. Our recommendation is that we have booked a further five week holiday in 2024. What an absolute find, a gem.

Ultra-clean accommodation in a superb villa! Very welcoming hosts who speak several languages that are always available and discreet to respect our well-being. Beautiful pool with quiet environment within the accommodation City of Albufeira very lively in the evening and great for a successful vacation, super pretty with its facade colors Anything to please we will come back without hesitation! Andrew is a superhost, who arranged everything perfectly. Apartment is fine: wonderfully spacious, sparkly clean and has a lovely balcony. Also there is a lovely swimming pool available. We enjoyed it wonderfully! Normally we never go back to the same place, but probably this apartment will be our first exception Original in Dutch : Andrew is een superhost, die alles perfect heeft geregeld. Appartement is prima: heerlijk ruim, brandschoon en heeft heerlijk balkon. Ook is er een heerlijk zwembad aanwezig. We hebben hier heerlijk genoten! Normaal gaan we nooit terug naar een zelfde plek, maar waarschijnlijk wordt dit appartement onze eerste uitzondering.
This property and location ticked all our boxes from our initial enquiry, useful information given by Andrew, arranging our taxi to and from the airport to being greeted at the villa.
We had done a bit of research and Villa Eber looked to be very good - a quiet location but not too far from town, with a pool shared by just a few other guests. All through the booking process, Andrew couldn’t have been more helpful. He answered our queries promptly and made arrangements quickly and efficiently. Whilst we were staying there Andrew and Ana were available but not intrusive in any way which was great. The apartment was spotless and well appointed with everything needed. Having the bins emptied and maid service twice a week was brilliant, something we’ve never had in self-catering before. We had decided not to have a car. Andrew sorted transfers from Faro and we used local taxis and Ubers, about €5-6 into or back from town. We are quite happy walking so most of the time we walked into town/beach and got a cab back. Town is very busy with loads of choice but there are also some good restaurants quite close if you don’t want the hustle and bustle. A great holiday. We can thoroughly recommend Villa Eber - Andrew and Ana are professional but friendly hosts - many thanks!
