Villa Bianca is a new and spacious, highly recommended property in an ideal location to explore Albufeira and the surrounding areas.
This is very modern and luxurious new four bedroomed villa with private swimming pool. It is approx 20 minutes walk from the Castelo beach or just a few minutes drive, 5 minutes drive from Albufeira ´old town´. Spectacular coastal and far sea views are enjoyed from the first floor bedroom terrace. There is a large international supermarket with cafe and restaurants within walking distance.
The house is a newly designed and built contemporary style villa with high quality fixtures and fittings. It is securely gated and has a car port to the side.

The ground floor is light, open and very spacious with glass atrium, an air conditioned sitting room with 40" plasma screen television, DVD player and features full length patio doors opening to the terrace overlooking the huge swimming pool and garden. There is a modern dining room with contemporary dining table and chairs and door through to the separate large, modern, fully equipped kitchen with hob, electric oven, integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave and a very handy breakfast table and chairs. A separate laundry room has the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There is an air-conditioned twin bedroom with shower room on the ground floor. The first floor has an air conditioned master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and 2 air conditioned twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. They both have patio doors opening to a large terrace, overlooking the garden, pool and the Atlantic ocean beyond.

There is a very large 11 x 5m swimming pool (can be heated at extra cost) with plenty of sunbathing terraces, lawned gardens, barbeque area, outside dining table and chairs and a covered dining terrace with lovely sea views.

This peaceful and beautiful area, just to the west of Albufeira, is an ideal location to spend your holiday. Within this area are some wonderful beaches, from intimate coves to the wide expanse of Praia da Gale and most have their own beach side restaurants. These lovely beach resorts have a good selection of ´inexpensive´ local restaurants and bars, excellent golf course at Salgados, Gale and within easy distance of the lively resort of Albufeira.
