A beautiful, homely villa in a fabulous location with wonderful seas views. Carol & Terry have obviously put a lot of thought into the ambience and decoration and we found it an ideal place in which to unwind. The pool is crystal clear and very well maintained - a haven for those hot afternoons!. Everything we wanted for a perfect summer holiday. We look forward to returning in the future
From the initial contact with the owner and then the house manager, communication was excellent. Everything from transfers to car hire was all taken care of and worked brilliantly. The villa really felt like a home from home, having everything we needed plus plenty more lovely touches, such as beach chairs to just throw in the car when going to the local beech. The pool was fabulous for cooling off in and big enough to get some lengths in and the patio had plenty of loungers, chairs in shade and a lovely big table to have dinner on. There was a BBQ which we didn’t use preferring to eat out at the variety of restaurants within walking distance. We had a few great evenings at Benoz restaurant and St Kathleen’s was also a lovely experience. Thanks to Carol and Denise for making our week in the Sea Breeze such a perfect and relaxing week. There is so much to do and explore if you wish or it is just the perfect place to relax and recharge the batteries. Many thanks.
This was our third time at this beautiful villa, it really is an amazing place everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, beautifully decorated and very well equiped for all your needs. Since our first stay the owners Carol and Terry have included a lot of fantastic extras, poolside dining table, patio furniture, brand new walk-in shower and a lovely new bbq. Denise the house manager was wonderful as always as was Andy! Weather was amazing mid 30's everyday and cannot wait to be back again soon, thank you so much.
Sea Breeze is a beautiful very well maintained Villa in Alagadi. The views towards the Sea from the front of the Villa are stunning. My wife and I have been going back to this Villa for 5 years now, with our two sons, to enjoy the guaranteed heat and excellent facilities on offer. Carole and Terry, the owners of the Villa, spend their holidays at the Villa too, which means it is kept in pristine condition, and there are always improvements being made on an annual basis. There are a few restaurants in walking distance of the Villa , but we tend to drive out a little further afield, where the choice of good eateries is pretty much endless. Denise looks after any vistors by organising car hire, Taxi pickup from the airport, and a welcome pack if required. If there are any problems (we haven't had many over the years) Denise is at the end of a phone to resolve very efficiently. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole set up. So if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a well equipped Villa, with a lovely pool, with guaranteed summer sun this is the place for you.
Back again. This truly is the only place that I can switch off. As soon as we turn into the village off the main road it is though someone turns my switch off. Have tried May June and September and provided you like sun food drink and friendly locals you will not go wrong.The owners put a lot of effort into making this a real home from home. Facilities are second to known and we have booked again for 2019. We were there in May this year and again more improvements made. Outside space is great with many areas to sit, read, relax and take the sun. Inside is really lovely but if the weather is as good as we always seem to get then you will not use it. Local restaurants are excellent but within 20 mins you have so many that you will never visit them all in a single stay. Girne (Kyrennia) is wonderful but so are the little villages. Have been to Famagusta and Nicosia many times and can recommend both. We are 2 couples and 2 singles so utilise the sofa bed in the lounge as well as the 3 beds. Would have no qualms giving the villa 5 stars. Love the place. PH.Dover. Visited May 2018.
The villa get better and better each year. Carol and Terry are always making tweaks, this year on arrival found now patio furniture, new furniture under the gazebo, new television although not used and now connected to mains water for domestic use. This was our 5th visit in six years and it has really become a home from home. Local restaurants are still providing excellent value for money and if you want to have a holiday where you are completely able to unwind, switch off and recharge then I could not recommend it more. The villa gives you a base, although this time around we spent most days around the pool and under the gazebo as the temp was touching 40-45 each day. The owners manager Denise provided an excellent service as she always does, and if you have issues at all Andy the maintenance guy is only a phone call away.
