Description

La Ferme de Morz'na is a unique renovation project in a former 18th-century farmhouse, re-designed in collaboration with renowned local architect Hervé Marrullaz, the apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Morzine set next to the River Dranse, in a quiet and peaceful enclave of the village. Fabulous in winter due to the wood burning stove and cosy vibe, as well as in summer thanks to its 30 sqm garden terrace with outdoor Jacuzzi. It's a great location, close enough to the action, but far enough out of the hustle and bustle to have views and privacy.

The comfortable interior has been carefully designed to reflect the character and feel of the old farmhouse, yet incorporates space and light with stunning vaulted ceilings, mountain views and a great balcony overlooking Point De Nyon.

Spread across 3 floors with 4 ensuite bedrooms, the main living space is light and airy with a cosy lounge area and feature fireplace, which flows into a large open plan kitchen and dining space. There is also a separate balcony, great for an Apero, which offers uninterrupted views of Pointe De Nyon. A separate Mezzanine is above the lounge which features a home cinema set up, ideal as a den for the kids and this can also be converted into another sleeping area for 2 adults/kids on a quality sofa bed.

The dining area comfortably seats 8/10 around an oak table and the kitchen comes fully equipped with a Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace. There is a separate laundry/drying area with a washing machine and tumble dryer plus a separate boot room with boot driers.

Four Bedrooms – All bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms, with warm wooden flooring, built-in storage and character features. All beds can be configured as twins or doubles and feature high-quality Egyptian Cotton linen.

The nearest bar, bakery, supermarket and ski bus stop are less than 5 minutes door to door. The apartment offers quick access to the slopes via the free ski shuttle bus which stops at the end of the road every 10 minutes. It takes approx 8 minutes to get to the nearest telecabine if you choose to walk. There is also plenty of private covered parking and a separate boot room with heated boot warmers and secure ski/bike storage to make life easy in summer and winter.
