Just 100m from the ski lifts and 1km from the lake, you'll have access to superb mountain activities all year round. And at the end of a busy day, you can relax in the hot tub in the garden or get together for a game of petanque on the dedicated court. The property has four bedrooms, spread over three floors. There is one double room with an en-suite shower room, another with a desk and TV, and a third double room with an extra single bed and washbasin. Finally, there is a children’s room with three single beds under the eaves. The bedrooms on the top floor share a large shower room and separate toilet. The first floor has a separate toilet. The ground floor has a shower room with toilet. On the first floor is the bright kitchen and living room, which is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, TV, dining table and wood-burning stove, creating a cosy atmosphere. This area opens onto a south-facing terrace with a small table and barbecue. The ground floor has a cosy reading room, equipped with board games and a fridge, providing an ideal space to relax after the day's activities. The chalet is surrounded by a large, secure garden, with plenty of room for children to play. There is also a second terrace, with a table seating eight, perfect for al fresco dining.
