We loved our stay at the property, it was very well equipped and in a beautiful peaceful relaxing setting. The pool was stunning and refreshing. The location was excellent with lots of attractions nearby but a car was essential. The host Patrick and Amanda were very friendly and available with any advice we needed. We will definitely be back at some point.

Thank you very much Steve. We look forward to seeing you again soon at Ners.
We have had a restful and relaxing fortnight in June 23 in this lovely spot. La Maison Gardien is very well equipped, the bed is wonderfully comfortable, and the house keeps beautifully cool even when it is stuffy outside. The pool is great! Very many thanks to owner Patrick for his helpfulness and excellent hospitality. To be thoroughly recommended.

Thank you very much Marie. See you back here soon we hope
We stayed for ten days and didn't want to leave. This was our second visit and we enjoyed it every bit as much as the first. The garden is full of birds, butterflies figs and lavender and the pool is a good size so you can have a proper swim. We also loved the nearby fruit and veg shop with the tastiest tomatoes and the wine caves where you can buy really super wines inexpensively. Also Sommières and Uzès markets and brocantes were better than ever this year.
We had a lovely week here in August 2020. La Maison Guardian is a cosy, stylish, well equipped and well thought out cottage. it is connected to the very grand main house, but is entirely separate. The garden is simply beautiful and the shared pool is, as the photos show, stunning. Its all very child friendly as well, our boys (8 & 5) had a great time swimming and playing ping pong. Patrick and Amanda are great hosts. They were more than welcoming, always on hand if we needed anything, gave us plenty of space and privacy and were great company. We loved chatting and hearing stories about the house and the village. Ners itself is a lovely, historic village, very easily accessed and ideally placed in between the Cevennes and the sea. Supermarkets are in the towns nearby, although you definitely need a car as there are no shops in the village. In short, don't hesitate to book! We loved it and hope to return one day.
The house was beautiful, cool, well equipped and comfortable for our family of 6. Our children enjoyed free run of the large garden and exploring the pond. The pool is large enough for a proper swim. The hosts were very relaxed, welcoming and helpful and recommended local attractions including a lovely secluded river swimming spot.
La Maison Guardian is beautiful, extremely comfortable and in a lovely setting. Our hosts went 'the extra mile' to make us feel at home and welcome. We really enjoyed hearing the history of the house. The pool is wonderful because it is large and so not problem sharing it with others. Very pretty local towns and countryside. The only problem we had was that we were only there for a week and wished we had booked two. Next time and there will be a next time we will make it longer.
