This light and airy room has full-length glass doors opening onto a decked balcony to take advantage of the superb and varied riverside views. Five beautifully decorated bedrooms, including one with a four poster bed and 4 bathrooms (3 en suite). With great attention to detail, this Wroxham cottage combines all modern comforts with a stylish past and boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a utility and a games room with a pool table, an x-box and a 42 inch TV. Ideal to keep kids of all ages amused in the evening!
Overlooking the magnificent Norfolk Broads, you can sit on the decked balcony with a morning coffee; alternatively step into the bubbling hot tub, a luxurious way to round off the day with a glass of wine as you watch the last of the boats moor up for the evening.
An incredible bonus at this Wroxham cottage is a private mooring and hire of a 5-seater boat (available for £250 per week/£100 per weekend up to 3 nights) Obligatory short training presentation is required. There is also a canoe.
Access : there are steps up to the property (3 at a time to each deck) although these are wide enough for 3 people if assistance is required.

The Norfolk Broads are a nature lover’s heaven, with vast stretches of waterways and peaceful canals. Look out for the kingfishers which regularly fly along the waterfront and you may even spot the local heron that is on the lookout for titbits! Take in the fabulous birdwatching opportunities at a number of nearby RSPB reserves or spend a day at the fabulous National Trust houses of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall.
Spend your holiday exploring the stunning countryside by boat, by foot or by bike along the Weaver’s Way, a 56 mile trail that winds through the Broads.
Wroxham is often known as the “Capital of the Broads” and is a hive of activity with a multitude of rivercraft and a bustling village centre with independent shops, cafes and tea rooms. Recommended restaurants nearby include: Hotel Wroxham, The Lodge on Salhouse Rd, the King's Head, Coltishall (pub); the Fur and Feathers gastropub at Woodbastwick,. Just eight miles away from Wroxham is historic Norwich, famous for its cathedrals, castle and fabulous shopping facilities, whilst a short drive brings you to the North Norfolk coast, with beautiful sandy beaches at Overstrand and Mundesley as well as the popular resort towns of Cromer and Sheringham.
There is also a fantastic new woodland adventure park for children of all ages called Bewilderwood located on the edge of Wroxham.
The area is also excellent for fishing which can be enjoyed from the water’s edge of the property. For those who enjoy golf, the nearest course can be found at Sprowston (6 miles) or the Norwich and Cromer golf course is easily accessible.
