Repeat visitors The location of this property is absolutely stunning. We were able to watch kingfishers fishing on the river, an otter visited the banks morning and evening. Fished from the end of the deck and got surprised by an enormous pike. We made great use of the boat and canoe which is an amazing bonus. Its a quirky old property which has been carefully renovated, keeping all its character. Has a very generously stocked kitchen& dining areas. Great for our mixed family group. Host is extremely responsive to any issues you might have, although we only needed once to get us sorted at the beginning of the stay.

Traditional beautiful waterside property

Traditional beautiful waterside property Booked two weeks at this traditional riverside property .we loved its charm and character . The views are stunning, the accommodation is comfortable and more . We made use of the boat for shopping trips and fishing in different areas. Fed the heron out of my hand on the balcony . Hot tub was wonderful . Games room kept the younger family members entertained. We haven’t had such a lovely holiday where everyone’s needs were covered in a long time. The Owner obviously takes pride in his property and Sam who greeted us was friendly and helpful ,gave us the information we needed for the area. We certainly hope to return .
