Facilities include a bathroom with w/c and a shower room also with w/c, this lovely home is perfect for a peaceful holiday away from it all. In proximity to the village of Wroxall and a 10 minute drive from the Victorian coastal town of Ventnor, this home is situated perfectly to access the beaches and the scenic landscape of this beautiful part of the Island. To thoroughly enjoy the rolling hills backdrop the owners have built out a lovely rear patio and extended the bungalow to focus on this fabulous feature. Outside dining furniture and a separate bistro area add to the enjoyment of this pleasurable country aspect garden. Wroxall village itself has a handy convenience store and public house; The Star Inn. There is a local bus stop at the bottom of the hill that is on the main route to Ventnor or North to Newport and also to Shanklin. Numerous footpaths are nearby to explore, taking you in all directions, the best of which is the Stenbury Down and Worsley Obelisk walks.Some steps and no wheelchair access so may be unsuitable for people with limited mobility
