After an arduous car journey we were delighted to be greeted by the utterly lovely Summer Haze cottage. Alan, the owner, is a fantastic host - was extremely welcoming and helpful. The cottage itself is exactly as described and is charming. The garden/play area were an instant hit with the kids and the cottage is cosy, clean and well furnished. We will definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending Summer Haze. FIVE STARS.
Had an amazing week in Summer Haze Cottage. 2 kids, 2 dogs and my husband and I were delighted with the accommodation and the constant sunshine was a huge bonus. The cottage stayed lovely and cool as it’s close enough to the sea to feel a lovely breeze. The garden was loads of fun for the kids and dogs and for me sunbathing too! Close by to Lee Beach for snorkelling and body boarding and of course stunning Woolacombe beach was 10 mins in the car. The cottage was Well equipped with everything we needed and a beautiful and generous welcome basket on arrival. Alan was a superb host and had so much local knowledge that enabled us to make the most of our time in the area. He is such an interesting guy to speak to and went above and beyond to look after us. What a fabulous start to the summer.
Perfekt cottage, theres everything you need , lovely gift basket,nice Wood burner, beautiful garden with a big play area for kids and dogs everyone feels comfy, beautiful beaches and nice walks nearby. Allan was e perfekt host give you some tipps about eveything you wants to know. The dogs loves him. So i can tell so much more good expirience about our perfekt Holiday at Summer haze cottage. Everything was perfect!! Looking forward to come again.
Had a fabulous time. Both Alan and Gemma were fantastic and friendly and the welcome package of milk and various biscuits, cookies and wine (plus other things) was a wonderful surprise (although the kids didn't get a sniff of the shortbread, all mine!) The location was perfect for the area and both Alan and Gemma were very knowledgeable with recommendations for places to visit or eat. Nothing was too much trouble. I'll be booking again for next year as soon as I get paid. Thank you Alan and Gemma.
