Situated in the North Devon countryside, within the grounds of the owners home, this cottage is an idyllic rural retreat away from the hustle and bustle yet easily accessible to the best of North Devon's beaches, many local attractions and Exmoor National Park. World famous Woolacombe and picturesque Ilfracombe Harbour are both just three miles distant.

Entry to this pretty cottage leads into the bedroom with king-size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower, hand basin and WC (towels are included).

Upstairs is an open-plan living space with comfy seating, TV and DVD player, dining area and custom-built kitchen. This is equipped with an electric oven and hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave and fridge with ice box. There is also a shared utility room in an outhouse adjacent to the property which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

The cottage has WiFi and central heating throughout.

Outside is ample parking and to the rear, off the lounge, is a secluded private patio area and generous garden with stunning countryside views, seating, small BBQ and summertime loungers. The perfect area for al fresco dining on a warm Devon evening in summer.

A pub with restaurant and village shop are within 1.5 miles.
