Sandsend Holidays is a family run business with over 35 years experience in the holiday accommodation market. Sea View is just one of four high quality holiday homes on this special complex located in the heart of Sandsend Village. We are just a stones throw from the sea and beach and all the village amenities. A dedicated team of six staff are here to look after all your needs from our onsite reception opposite Sea View, open 5 days a week Monday to Friday. The owner and her family live alongside as neighbours providing that extra 24 hour cover. We look forward to welcoming all our guests, before, during and after their holiday, and will be happy to discuss any of your special needs to ensure the very best holiday experience for you and your guests.

This beautifully bright & airy holiday cottage provides modern spacious dog friendly three bedroomed/two bathroom holiday accommodation for 5-7 guests. Enjoying sea views across Sandsend Bay, its contemporary design compliments its fabulous coastal location & is furnished & equipped to a very high standard with private off road parking for three vehicles.

Minimum stay of 7 nights required in high season. Short breaks available at all other times. 2 night minimum bookings are approximately 55% of the weekly price and 3/4 night breaks are approximately 75% of the weekly price.
Special discounts available on all bookings for our larger properties outside of high season for couples & their pets. Please enquire for prices.
Deposit of 25% required on confirmation of booking and balances 6 weeks prior to arrival.
