Amazing few days stay. We just wanted to relax and be near the sea. It couldn’t have been a better location to do this. Lovely time.
This is a very special location, and this airbnb is amazing for sea views. the balcony overlooking the sea is what makes this place so great. Sandsend Beach is just stunning. We found fossils, and watched sea birds and seals playing in the waves. it really handy for swimming too, just nip across the road! We enjoyed a meal at the local pub and a coffee at the cafe, but mostly we just cooked for ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need. There is no local shop, unfortunately, but we were able to pop into Whitby to get supplies. We would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful quiet getaway. Thank you very much to our host Debra, who provided us with all the info we needed.
