as others have said - the pictures don''t really do it justice. We weren''t expecting to have so much room. The location is perfect - and we could have sat all day looking at the view! The flat was warm, comfortable, very well-equipped, with very high spec. Location was great for exploring the coastal walks and moors. Sandsend is very friendly with good restaurants. We ate at Estbek House (very good food, quite smart) and the Hart Inn (friendly, good pub food) and had lots fo takeaway fish and chips! We''ll be back!
Debra an excellent host,was very responsive with any queries. All ready re booked for June.Just what was needed for rest and recuperation. There''s plenty to occupy you if desired,or you can just chill,read and watch world go by.The local cafe Wits end fantastic if you''ve got a dog,we got to be regulars for hot chocolate. the Sandsend store very local just like a community store lovely deli counter.All in all a superb break.Only critic as I''m a certain age a little too warm for me,but soon able to adjust temperature. Thank you Debra for what was a distressing time giving me the right place to recover. wishing you and your family a very merry Christmas
We had a lovely relaxing week at Peacehaven. All exactly as described and shown by the photos. View over the water is fabulous. The apartment has everything you would need and Debra got back to me immediately when I had a couple of questions. Really glad we chose this lovely place to stay. Local pub serves good food and is a very short walk away. Bus into Whitby stops just across the road, we didn’t use the car once! Great holiday, thanks Deb!
Had a few days R&R here. Relaxed from the moment I arrived. Fantastic view watched the sea all day. Very well equiped and in a great location. Restaurant and cafes very close with good offerings including lots of fish. Would definitely go again
