The space
Period Grade 2 listed building with a traditional hallway. Lounge at the front with TV, from the bay windows at the front it is possible to see Weymouth Harbour. Large Dining room with large oak table, 60” TV (Internet TV) and access to the small courtyard. Kitchen off the dining room with large hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and workspaces. Utility room with washing machine, fridge and tumble drier. Refurbished downstairs living area, which includes a new walk in shower, bath with shower, toilet and a brand new refurbished large bedroom with a kingsize bed and a single bed, which can extend. A 40” Smart TV and built in dresser with movie style lights. Up the wide staircase in the centre of the property is 4 further bedrooms across two floors. The room at the front, also with bay windows, has a view down East St to the harbour. Ensuite shower room. Double and single in room at the front on the first floor. The room to the back is a twin, with Ensuite shower. Up to the top floor the front ensuite bedroom sleeps 3 it has a king size bed and a single bed , the
rear bedroom sleeps 4 1 x king bed and 2 single beds and has an Ensuite . All rooms are large and offer ample space as does the downstairs living area.
Guest access
Very central, Monarch House is located just off the front and opposite a car park. Permit parking included in zone F. 60 yds from the harbour and the same distance to the beach. The town is also a two minute walk. Plenty to do for all ages and centrally located for bars, restaurants and eating places. Boat trips and fishing trips from the harbour or pedalo's from the beach, all within minutes from Monarch House. Amusements for all ages, Weymouth has so much to offer

By Amy on 28-Dec-2024Lovely place absolutely perfect for our needs. Lovely 5 burner hon which came in very handy when the area had a power cut 12-5 Christmas Day when we were trying to cook dinner for 20 people. Very detailed instructions both before stay and in the folder left in the house.

Amazing house
