Very nice and i will stay again
We had a nice stay at Julie’s property. I found Julie a very helpful host on the lead up to and during our stay. The house was a good size for 6 of us and plenty of room. It was perfectly located for a walk into the town.
Julie was a great host and very quick to respond. The house is in a great location and walkable into Weymouth. The house is well equipped although we did eat out most of the time. Lots of games for the kids to choose from. The house was fairly clean but could do with a deep clean in places but with such quick turnarounds I imagine this is difficult at times. *Note we resolved the cleaning with a new management company
Great host lovely house
Large house in a very good location, just metres from town centre and the beaches! We stayed here while the Ironman race was on, the location was perfect for this so the family could go back and forth. Parking is a slight issue, although Julie was very helpful and on our second day I got a parking space right outside the house. Great play room for the kids too!
Julie’s property is located in a quiet residential street just a short distance from the seafront and only a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main hub of Weymouth, and Julie responded very promptly with a couple of questions asked. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated my 5 friends along with myself. Everything was very clean and the beds and furniture were comfortable. You probably just need to be aware that the stairs to the attic room are fairly steep and there is no proper handrail so not ideal if you are anyway infirm. I would recommend this property for a large group or family although I was somewhat taken aback when (as most of our group were arriving by train at different times) I asked if it were possible to drop off some peoples luggage prior to check in time at 5 o’clock to be informed this be at an additional £100 (which we declined). I have on the few occasions where previously making such a request, found other host very accommodating in this respect without making any charge. *Note we do not offer bag drop off so the price quoted was for an extended stay to block the calendar.
