Description
This beautiful 3 bedroom property resides on a quiet road in Angmering-on-sea East Preston Is available to Non-smoking guests only. It’s close to the local shops and cafes and only 8 minutes walk from the beach.**10% Discount for returning Guests **

The kitchen is huge with dining for 6 and 4 seats at the breakfast bar. There is a utility room with dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi and surround sound tv and Bose sound bar in the lounge alongside the stunning electric fire. There’s also a downstairs loo. Beautiful back garden which is secure and has all the garden furniture you’ll need.
Dogs you are allowed in living areas only and not the Bedrooms and please ensure your humans stay with you whilst you are indoors.
There is an upstairs Master Bed (either a King Size or Twin can be configured) and Bath plus a Double with en-suite. The downstairs single bedroom has the option to use an additional pullout with mattress and use of a sleeping bag or normal bedding as required.
The Property is a 8 minute walk from East Preston Beach.
There are local Tennis courts and a local cricket pitch. Bookings are Friday to Friday.
All bedding and towels are provided (1 hand and 1 bath). There’s a washing line, pegs. Washing up liquid, all linen for the kitchen diner are also included. Condiments, dishwasher tabs, Kitchen paper towels and loo rolls in each of the 3 bathrooms are all provided.
We also provide, tea, coffee, and pantry items to get you started.

Great place for a break on the South Coast
By Laurence Perry on 29-Aug-2024My family of 5 and 2 dogs stayed at this holiday home in East Preston for a 5 days while we celebrated my 60th birthday. The property was spacious, extremely well furnished and provided everything that we wanted for a successful mini-break. The village of East Preston was a short walk away and has great facilities e.g. pub, cafes, restaurants, etc. The beach was also close by and was excellent for walking the dogs. The owner Ronnie was extremely helpful and is available to assist with anything if needed.

Ideal holiday home
By Tony Barton on 09-Aug-2024This is an exceptional property in a wonderful location close to all amenities and the beach. The house is very spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. The garden is quiet and adds to the holiday enjoyment. There are excellent cafes 10 minutes walk away and a great pub near the beach called The Seaview. All in all a great find! Home away from home !

Attention to detail throughout the home played a major role in the fantastic outcome of our stay. The house briefing was a fantastic and efficient way of supporting any queries that we had during our stay, resulting in us feeling confident to deal with any minor household issues such as turning the kitchen light on or how to switch the front room fireplace on for that extra cosy ambience. An 8 minute walk from the beach with dog friendly facilities all round, we will definitely be returning one day and will absolutely recommend to all friends and family!

Ideal Home away from home with my Ladies!

Not only is the area beautifully quiet with a very local vibe rather than touristy, the house had a beautiful chilled feeling to it too. From relaxing in the garden listening to the sound of the trees in the sea-breeze to shared meals, coffees and drinks in the large kitchen to cosy deep and meaningfuls in the living room. We found the different rooms really catered to our needs as 5 women in 30/40s for having time together in comfort as well as having time and space to ourselves. On day 4 we finally succeeded in being at one of the local cafes for lunch - check local opening times! The home was lovely and clean and very well kitted out for cooking whatever you wanted without having to consider cookware etc. Would highly recommend and return again in the future.
