The apartment is centrally located in Wells with great views from its first floor position. It is very well equipped as a proper home rather than just a base to have a holiday from. Not only is the town with its (walkable) facilities on your doorstep but Wells is a great starting point to explore North Norfolk further by car, walking or the coastal hopper and bus services.
Lovely apartment overlooking wells harbour.spotlessly clean, warm& everything you need. Great location.
We booked 2 Quayside Court apartment for a 5 night stay while we visited Thursford Christmas Spectacular. What a lovely apartment it is . Couldn't wish for anything better, will be going back in the not to distant future.

Thank you for your kind words. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Couldn’t fault it. We had an excellent time. I travelled with my elderly parents and the facilities were perfect for a relaxing and comfortable trip. Parking very close to the entrance, lift to the flat, walk in showers and living room furniture with good support.
We stayed in apartment 5 Quayside Court - High Tides - and couldn’t fault it on position, comfort and parking. Would recommend it and hope to return. Watching the fishing boats leave then return to unload their catch from the comfort of our own balcony was a bonus.
We stayed at High Tides, 5 Quayside apartments Wells next the sea. The apartment was very comfortable and warm, in a fantastic position on the quayside with views of the harbour & up to the lifeboat station. It was a wonderful, peaceful break, loved watching the fishing boats unload their catch from the balcony and the geese flying in the marshes. Added bonus was a car parking space although we hardly used the car as Wells has eateries galore. Wish we could have stayed longer.
