What a fantastic stay we had once again. We just love coming to this wonderful apartment It had everything that made our stay great. Great to have parking and the views of the harbour and out to sea were exceptional. Lovely walks especially Holkham Estate which you can do straight from your door. Plenty of eating places, the Globe a must and further afield is Hokf garden centre.

We have just returned from another lovely short break in Wells next the Sea. For the past three visits we have stayed at either 2 or 5 Quayside Court and the fact we have been back three times and stayed at either 2 or 5 must say that we are more than happy with the accommodation . The apartments are beautifully appointed with stunning views, very comfortably furnished ,spacious and contain everything you could possibly want. A lovely touch at this time of year are the Christmas decorations. My concern about putting a good review is that the apartments might get booked up too quickly
The apartment is centrally located in Wells with great views from its first floor position. It is very well equipped as a proper home rather than just a base to have a holiday from. Not only is the town with its (walkable) facilities on your doorstep but Wells is a great starting point to explore North Norfolk further by car, walking or the coastal hopper and bus services.
