Description
Wells is one of the most attractive towns on the North Norfolk Coast, an unspoilt seaside destination, waiting to be discovered. Quayside Court, as its name suggests, is new development of luxury apartments located on Wells quay itself.
Sit on the balcony and watch the sunset over the ever changing, tidal channel and beautiful salt marshes. Watch as the tide ebbs and flows, the fishing boats come and go and children fish for crabs.
Apartment 2 is on one level, located on the first floor, accessed by stairs or lift, and boasts spectacular sea views from both the sitting room and master bedroom. It has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard, combining comfort and elegance.
The accommodation is spacious and comprises an entrance hall, two large en-suite bedrooms and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area.

With granite work surfaces and plenty of cupboard space, oven and hob, integrated refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer-drier. Microwave, toaster and new dinner set and kitchen ware.
Bedroom 1
Two windows with fantastic harbour and sea views, double bed with bedside cabinets, and fitted bedroom furniture offering extensive drawer and wardrobe space. Luxury en-suite bathroom (with over bath shower) basin and toilet. Shaver point.
Bedroom 2
Large window with town view, two single beds with bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Luxury en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Shaver point.
Parking
Covered parking space for one car in private courtyard to rear.

Notes:
The apartment will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival, and we would be grateful if you could 'check out' by 10 am on the day of departure. We will always advise if it is possible to alter these times.
Strictly NO pets or smoking.
A small discount may be available for stays of 5 or 6 nights. Minimum stay is usually 3 nights, but where other bookings have left a 2-night gap, I will be happy to quote a price for the short break. Please contact me for details.

By chris gilmour on 17-Jan-2025The apartment is located on wells quay with a great view out towards the sea. The apartment is large and well equipped to accommodate 4. Parking is at the accommodation and has easy access. The apartment is warm and comfortable, the outside temp was only 2 to 3c, on this visit but the flat was warm and cosey with plenty of hot water for showers. The location is central for discovering Well, with good pubs and restaurants. There are several walks close by. Holkham Hall is well worth a visit and the Victoria Pub is a great place for Sunday lunch. The area is also a hot spot for bird watching so if you any glasses bring them with you.
Christmas break
By Mary Sleath on 19-Dec-2024What a fantastic stay we had once again. We just love coming to this wonderful apartment It had everything that made our stay great. Great to have parking and the views of the harbour and out to sea were exceptional. Lovely walks especially Holkham Estate which you can do straight from your door. Plenty of eating places, the Globe a must and further afield is Hokf garden centre.

Short pre Christmas break

For the past three visits we have stayed at either 2 or 5 Quayside Court and the fact we have been back three times and stayed at either 2 or 5 must say that we are more than happy with the accommodation . The apartments are beautifully appointed with stunning views, very comfortably furnished ,spacious and contain everything you could possibly want. A lovely touch at this time of year are the Christmas decorations. My concern about putting a good review is that the apartments might get booked up too quickly
