You are also just seconds away from The Crown and The Globe, two of Wells’ best pubs/restaurants.

A grand communal entrance hall leads to the apartment, which being on ground level with no internal steps, is perfect for guests of all generations.
The property features high ceilings, period features, is spacious and flooded with light.
There is a wonderful, open plan kitchen, dining, living room featuring a contemporary kitchen and spacious dining area overlooking the scenic leafy green. The property is extremely well located in Wells to have everything at your fingertips, from restaurants, shops to of course, the wonderful beach. I would highly recommend staying here when you visit. The photos are exactly as the real thing. Amazing that an apartment comes with its very own garden.

Excellent flat. Lovely and spacious and very well equipped. We''ve stayed in Wells for over 20 years and like the location of Monteagle. Parking usually OK at this time if year. Nice welcome pack, thanks. Highlights were seeing the seals on Wells beach.

Loved the location and property. Wouldn''t hesitate to recommend. Been coming to Wells for years and very happy to come back to this property. Enjoyed the three double bedrooms. Very spacious lounge/dining room/kitchen. Close to amenties.
