Nice: 30min.Villa Oceane is a modern villa located in Villeneuve Loubet, under 10 min' walk from a sandy beach. The villa has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, private swimming pool with counter current swimming, sea views and wifi. The property also has an all important reversible air conditioning should you wish to stay during the summer, or in low season, making this superb south of France villa a great place to stay in year round!
Set in a very handy location and ideal for visiting local towns, villages and beaches of the Cote d’Azur. Villa Oceane is also close to Nice city centre at just 30 minute’s drive, Antibes 13 min, Cannes 30min and Frejus-Saint-Raphael 40 min.
The villa overlooks the famous four wave shaped buildings called “Marina Baie des Anges” which you can clearly see from the sky when landing in Nice airport. The Marina has a shopping centre, bars, restaurants and a supermarket which caters for various nationalities. On each side of the Marina there are stony beaches open to the public and a sandy beach with many facilities for eating and drinking. All within a few minutes’ walk!
Villeneuve Loubet is a great location offering the best of both worlds with a feel of a Provencal village and also a seaside resort. This part of the Cote D’Azur is a family destination with its beaches, natural parks and leisure areas which offers many activities for everyone. For history lovers, there is an interesting medieval castle in the picturesque village of Villeneuve Loubet. For food lovers it is interesting to know that Villeneuve Loubet is the birthplace of Auguste Escoffier, one of France’s greatest chefs, the father of “French gastronomy” whose house has become a museum.

Master Bedroom 2: Bedroom with 2 x 80cm electric adjustable beds which form a Queen size bed (160cm). Lounge area with 2-seater sofa and TV. En suite bathroom and wc. Terrace with table, 2 chairs and sea view.
Bedroom 3: Bedroom with Queen size bed (160cm) and TV. En suite shower room and wc. Balcony with sea view.
Bedroom 4: Bedroom with double bed (140cm), TV and en suite shower room and wc.

All bedrooms have en suite facilities.
Master Bedroom 2 has an en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, wc and hair dryer.
Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 have en suite shower rooms with wc.

Enclosed grounds (800m²). South-facing, partly covered terrace off the living/dining area. Outdoor furniture, 8 sunloungers and charcoal barbecue.
Electric gates. Several parking spaces and a garage with clothes dryer.
Swimming pool:
Pool size: 10m x 4m. Depth: 1.5m throughout. Steps to the pool with a shallow area (50cm) of approximately 2m x 4m.
Security system: alarm.
Outside solar shower. The pool surround is made up of artificial grass.
CHANGEOVER DAY: SATURDAY. OUTSIDE HIGH SEASON NON-SATURDAY ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES MAY BE CONSIDERED. PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS.
Included in the rent: Bed linen and house towels (not pool towels), water and electricity.
Obligatory charges payable on arrival:
End of stay cleaning 220€.
Refundable security deposit: 400€ (cash) refunded on departure.
Holiday tax: (taxe de sejour) 1.50€ per person and per day (18 years+).

One small pet welcome but please check at the time of booking to confirm breed and size.
The villa is located about 100m from the RN7 which is the road that goes from Antibes to Nice. There is a distant noise from the garden but it cannot be heard from inside the villa. Occasionally the train that runs along the coast can be heard.

Villeneuve Loubet train station for trains to Nice and Cannes 1.3km.

Villa was fantastic plenty of room and very well equipped, same as the pool large enough to play games in and nice to cool off in the heat. Air conditioning very good and a blessing due to the heat all said we had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Owner’s great showed us round Villa and explained everything to me and didn’t need him during holiday but knew he would be there if required. Bakery short walk and very good place reasonably priced as well, all restaurants were good cater for all tastes. Christophe at Select Villas was also great from the booking to end of holiday. I told Christophe holiday was for my 60th birthday there was a card and bottle of champagne on arrival nice touch. I definitely recommend this Villa to anyone . Nice and Monaco fantastic need to visit.

It was beautiful, clean and a great location. I don’t think the photos online do it justice. The owners were also so accommodating and it was good to know they were around if we needed them. Would definitely go back and thank you for all your help.

We couldn’t fault anything, it was beautiful, the pool was lovely and clean, and much needed as we got lovely weather. Kevin was our contact and he was lovely. If all your villas are like this we’ll be booking with you again. It’s also nice to speak to someone instead of the normal no contact websites. So from start to finish I’d recommend you and your company without hesitation.
