The large deck/ patio with fantastic coastal views is a perfect place for alfresco dining on a summer evening whilst enjoying a glass of wine.Ventnor has a delightful seafront with a crescent shaped beach of sand and shingle. Walk the beautiful coastal paths along the sea wall to Bonchurch or to the ‘secret cove’ at Steephill.
The centre of Ventnor benefits a main shopping street, parks and gardens, a good variety of shops, pubs and eateries with freshly caught fish on sale in the Haven.
Local places of interest include the Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Isle of Wight Coastal Visitors Centre, Appuldurcombe House, Isle of Wight Glass, a donkey sanctuary and St Boniface Down, which is the highest point on the Isle of Wight. Nearby are Blackgang Chine and the pretty thatched villages of Old Shanklin and Godshill.
