To the left and open but separated from the dining area is a large kitchen with Miele fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee-maker. There is also a large SMEG electric oven and 5 pan hob. Off the kitchen is a pantry and the utility room with washing machine, dryer, a second fridge/freezer and large wine cooler. There is also a cloackroom to the right of the entrance hallway.

Off the main hallway and down a couple of steps are two very comfortable double bedrooms.
