Description
We welcome shorter lets for certain periods of the year. Please enquire for a quote. Trellis Cottage is situated in the village of Low Row facing south into Swaledale.
It combines privacy and a glorious location with ready access to good dining facilities (2 minutes walk from the famous Punch Bowl pub). Walkers can leave straight from the door and cyclists can follow the route for the Tour de France 2014 which passes by the cottage.
All the rooms (except the larder !) look out onto a beautiful view of the dale. The area abounds with buildings of historic interest, and the market towns of Hawes, Leyburn, Richmond and Barnard Castle are all less than half an hours drive. The cobbled driveway has off road parking for 2 cars. Trellis has up and downstairs bathrooms, broadband, wi-fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage has its own terraced garden, and field (with sheep). Originally three cottages in the 18th century, it is now one long one. All buildings in the pictures belong to Trellis.
