Leave ReviewGreat cottage
By Nicola hodgson on 13-Sep-2024Had a week at Lavendar cottage in September the cottage was spotless clean on arrival and spacious. The conservatory was an added bonus nice to sit in on a morning and have breakfast. The cottage provider everything u needed. We needed a cottage which with a secure and enclosed garden for the dogs and this ticked all the boxes we had no worry at all with the dogs The town is only 10 minute walk where there are plenty of places to eat and drink 10 minute walk to beach which was great for the dogs Would definitely return to this property
A fantastic place to stay
By Valerie Hewitt on 09-Aug-2024We loved every minute of our stay at Lavender Cottage. Location was perfect just a short walk to the beach, shops and pub. It was very quiet and relaxing, very friendly everyone spoke walking their dogs. I had taken 2 dogs which the bungalow garden was so dog friendly didn’t need to worry about them getting out. The bungalow it’s self what can I say but perfect in every way, having the dogs we stayed in the conservatory never used the lounge as they loved it in there. I would certainly recommend Lavender Cottage to anyone , it won’t be our last stay there.

A great place to stay
By Jane Graham on 11-May-2024Lavender Cottage is a delight, it’s modern, clean, comfortable and well maintained throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and we loved eating in the bright and airy conservatory. It’s in a quiet situation but well positioned for access to the beach (approx. 10 minute walk) and town. We explored all along the Lincolnshire coast visiting nature reserves and vast sandy beaches. We also found the cottage well positioned for trips inland. The undulating Wolds countryside is in complete contrast to the flat agricultural landscape. We made day trips to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby as well as Tattershall Castle and the Gunby Estate (both National Trust).
Lovely cottage, beautifully kept, modern & fresh. Accessible and close to lots of great places!
By Susie D on 04-May-2024An absolutely lovely cottage, just a stones throw from a great beach. My mum was in a wheelchair and we found the house easily accessible as well as being clean, airy and modern. It’s a 8-10 minute walk, mostly through a park to the sea front. Also walkable distance to Sutton for great cafes and the seaside vibe. We popped in the car to a car & dog friendly beachside cafe and to meet friends at Anderby… and my favourite cafe, the fat seagull is also just a quick walk away for great fish and chips.
