General description
In a quiet cul-de-sac, in the charming village of Surzur, the cottage is at the heart of the village within 150 metres of local shops, supermarket and bars. Surzur is only 10 minutes from the safe, sandy beaches of Morbihan, and within easy access of a golf course and many local tourist attractions. New to the village is an Aqua Park with water-slides, indoor and outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen and utility area is well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven with halogen hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and many other kitchen gadgets and items, including 2 full sets of crockery with 10 place settings each.
Living rooms
There is a comfortable living room, with wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player. We have 100's of DVD titles in our holiday collection, and many books, toys and games for kids and adults!
Bedrooms
There are 2 double bedded rooms, one with en suite toilet and handbasin. The third room has 2 single beds + cot, and the fourth room is a large single, with additional pull-out bed.
Bathrooms
We have a large 'double head' shower downstairs with toilet and handbasin
Heating
Wood burning stove in the Lounge. Electric heaters in the bedrooms.
Entertainment 1
In the Lounge we have TV, DVD (with 100's of family titles), CD player, books, toys, jigsaws and games.
Entertainment 2
There are 2 newly refurbished Game Rooms:
Room 1: Pool Table & Dart Board
Room 2: Table Tennis Table
Garden and outside
Off the kitchen is a 25' conservatory with relaxing chairs and a dining area. The glass doors on all sides can be open to the courtyard. In the courtyard there is further patio furniture and Webber BBQ.
Parking and garages
We are in a cul-de-sac, so parking is out front and very safe. There is no garage on-site.
Visitor suitability
This is a great family property, well equipped for baby and toddler (bath, stairgate etc) and also great for extended family guests and friends (with the 2 double bedded rooms). It is also suitable for single couples or groups of couples.
Information about any additional facilities
We have been letting the property for 19 years now and always get very high praise and reviews. Beyond the beaches, Morbihan is a great area to explore and the cottage is the ideal location to do both!
