Welcome to our charming Cottage. Situated all on the ground floor, it’s a lovely space where you can truly kick back and relax. Designed for two, this snug retreat is just perfect for a delightful getaway.As you wander into the delightful cottage, you'll be greeted by the airy high ceilings and the lovely wooden beams that add such a sense of space and warmth. The kitchen /dining area is fully equipped, making it a breeze to whip up your favourite meals, and it seamlessly connects to the inviting living room. You'll love the comfy sofa, just right for snuggling up with a great book or catching up with loved ones. There is a charming log-effect fire, which sets the perfect cosy vibe, along with the TV for those magical movie nights in!
Our charming cottage, basking in the sunshine with its delightful south-facing position! You’ll love the patio doors that lead out to a gorgeous shared garden and orchard, making it an ideal place to unwind. We’ve made sure to set up some patio furniture just for you, so you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy a leisurely breakfast amidst the lovely garden. And if you’re feeling a bit peckish and fancy a tasty outdoor feast, just let us know—we’d be thrilled to arrange a charcoal BBQ for you to enjoy!
You’ll just love the bedroom, which comes with a comfy double bed where you can snuggle up and get a good night’s sleep. Plus, there’s plenty of storage space available with a spacious double wardrobe and a lovely chest of drawers—perfect for keeping your things organised! And guess what? Your very own en-suite bathroom is right there, too! It boasts a charming shower or a relaxing bath, perfect for indulging in a calming soak. It’s truly the ideal spot to unwind and recharge after a busy day!
Parking is available for one car in front of the cottage.

Barn Cottages are set in a Cottage garden, and are surrounded by 4 acres of pastures and a large pond.
Guests are welcome to wander and enjoy the grounds and the many fields and footpaths that surround the property or alternatively enjoy the garden and take time to relax in a peaceful and tranquil location.
Barn Cottages are in an area which uniquely combines the quiet calm of village life with excellent access to Suffolk's major tourist attractions and the Suffolk Heritage Coast including Minsmere RSPB reserve, Southwold, Thorpness & Aldebugh.
The Local towns of Woodbridge and Bury St Edmunds are also worth a visit.
Small Dogs are welcome. We charge £20 for a dog to stay.
The prices shown are for the Cottage and includes two people.

Particularly appreciated the folder Maria and Charles have written which not only lists nearby recommended pubs and eateries but provides a comprehensive run down of cities, towns, villages and other attractions you might want to visit with details of shopping facilities and points of interest. There is certainly loads to do and see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cottage No 4 - cottage absolutely perfect

It was very comfortably arranged, with everything one might ever need at home from home, from the fully equipped open plan kitchen, to the cosy bedroom and bathroom. The little garden is a great idea, particularly in the lovely weather we've been having! The location was quiet and unusually rural, being within walking distance to the town centre, making it absolutely gorgeous for a holiday. I also appreciate the great help and friendliness from the hosts.
