Walltree House is a truly unique property on the northern edge of the Cotswold countryside. This traditional manor house can sleep up to ten guests, across four bedrooms, with three bathrooms. Each of the numerous reception rooms offers its own style through interesting artwork and unique touches, whilst still celebrating the period features typical of a house of its 18th century era. This spacious house is ideal for gatherings, with its grand dining room for celebratory meals, and drawing room with open fire, bar, and card table. Most of the rooms enjoy picturesque countryside views, especially the conservatory which is stunning in any season. Guests might catch a glimpse of wildlife, light aircraft and maybe even the odd skydiver! Outside, the vast gardens are a wonderful extension of the interior, with a large patio and grassy areas. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome to join the fun in this dog friendly holiday home. This fabulous property has so much to offer, including walking distance to paintballing, a 20 minute drive from Silverstone Circuit and to top it off they have a wedding licenseThis four bedroom holiday home near Brackley is perfectly suited for those looking to catch up with family or friends in comfort or even celebrate a special occasion. With the option to add on our two Luxury Shepherds Huts for extra guests.

Walltree House occupies a wonderful location on the border of the North Cotswolds within easy reach of the interesting destinations of Deddington, Chipping Norton, Brackley and Woodstock. The house itself is nestled within some large grounds which are also home to Hinton Airfield. This rare facility hosts an abundance of activities including The Hinton Sky Diving Club, Banbury Gliding Club and Delta Force Paintballing in the surrounding woodland. Visitors can enjoy the walk to nearby country inn The Rose & Crown at Charlton or slightly further afield are the delicious eateries of the Muddy Duck at Hethe and The White Horse at King's Sutton

By Mrs P on 29-Dec-2024Walltree House is a beautiful house to host a family get together in. 4 well appointed bedrooms and several rooms to be together or to do different things in. The kitchen/diner/sitting space is well designed for large groups to chat/cook and eat in. There is also a more formal dining space, a cosy bar and conservatory for quieter times as well as ample grounds to explore. Our family, comprising 3 generations, had a wonderful and memorable stay. The hosts thought of everything and the rooms are very comfortable and the area very quiet. Beautiful views and a really great place to stay on a long journey. We had the room with the bath which was heavenly. The breakfast was also lovely and very generous. Great value for money too! Will be back.

Beautiful location and surroundings, clean comfy and spacious room, facilities first class, the communication from staff throughout the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional.
