Description
Kev and Tori welcome you to Trerice Holiday Barns, where we aim to provide a home from home experience to our guests. Set in beautiful rural surroundings in North Cornwall but only 4 miles from Newquay and all of the fabulous North Cornwall beaches including Fistral, Holywell and Crantock. We are only a couple of miles from the A30 making us ideally situated to make the most of all that this fantastic county has to offer.The Dairy is a 2 bedroom (one King and one twin/superking), semi-detached, single storey barn conversion. There is only one step up to the patio from the driveway and then it is all on one level making it perfect for families with young children. It has a large living room with a vaulted ceiling and traditional beams and is fully equipped with a 40" flatscreen Smart TV so you can log into your own Prime or Netflix, Digital radio/CD player and docking station as well as books (adults and children) and board games.
The kitchen/dining room is newly fitted and fully equipped with everything you could need including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and induction hob and a large 6 seater dining table. All of the beds are made with 100% cotton bedding and large, fluffy towels are provided for each guest.
The luxury bathroom has a walk in shower with rainfall shower as well as a separate bath so you can enjoy a long soak too.
The Dairy is fully centrally heated making it great for winter breaks when Cornwall is at its rugged best.
Cot (bedding not provided) and high chair are available at no extra cost.
Outside there is a large private, enclosed patio with table, chairs and a parasol. This area is perfect for dogs and BBQs (BBQ provided) and looks out onto the large garden (shared with two other properties) with swings, outside seating and garden games. There is also a large shed containing beach equipment for guests to borrow (bodyboards, windbreaks, mallets, buckets and spades). The shed is secure and can be used to store surfboards, bicycles, kayaks etc. There is a parking space allocated for The Dairy.
The Dairy is dog friendly and up to 2 dogs are welcome free of charge.
Short breaks are available outside of the peak season with flexible arrival days.
Changeover day is Friday April - end of October.
All linens, bath and hand towels are provided at no extra cost. You only need to bring beach towels.
Central heating and electricity costs are all included in the price.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
Deposit payable on booking is 1/3 and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

By Lorna on 15-Feb-2024The Dairy is homely, clean, cosy and perfect for a doggy holiday, Tori provides dog blankets and dog bowls. The decor was beautiful, the kitchen was fully functional and equipped. We had a lovely welcome package which was greatly appreciated. Tori was so helpful with my questions before our holiday and was really helpful with check-in and checkout times. It''s in a great location, the kids loved the swings on the lawn. We came in February and we can''t wait to book up for summer. Really great value for money. Thankyou so much Tori for a fantastic holiday.

By Bauer on 04-Aug-2023We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Trerice Holiday Barns. We stayed in 'The Dairy'. It is a wonderful property, tastefully decorated and really clean. The Barn had everything you could possibly need to make your stay as easy as possible. The outside area is lovely. It's a little remote to where we would usually stay but it was central to many beautiful places and the best thing, a high standard property that allows dogs Usually we find that when staying in dog friendly accommodation the property is usually basic and substandard. Not at 'The Dairy' ️
