Sue meets you on arrival and was very communicative and friendly. The house was perfect for us (2 families of 4 with young children) and the garden and living space was lovely. We didn’t use the BBQ but all the appliances were great. Just a couple of things to mention: there was no door to the en suite and 9:30am checkout is a bit early if expected to leave house as we found it (pristine and clean although confusion about whether this was expected of us or not). Thank you for a lovely stay. Be sure to visit the Cornish arms, Malcolm Barnecutt bakery, friendly local shop and the 7 bays for 7 days! The bus service is regular and reliable to the doorstep if you’re not a fan of driving down narrow Cornish roads. Also walked easily down to Harlyn bay in 30 mins.
Fab house in a great location. Lots of places to eat and drink in St Merryn within walking distance. Numerous beaches all within a short drive too, although we also enjoyed a walk down to Treyarnon and Constantine a couple of times. House is modern, outside area really good too. We will be back!

Sue is a great host - very responsive and tried to make everything perfect (including flexibility on check in). The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. If we're back in Cornwall I would be happy to stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at Trevos. The house was really clean, was really big, the garden was ideal. The kitchen was really well stocked too, and the BBQ was a great bonus. Sue is a great host and is really helpful. Thanks so much. Would highly recommend.
