Perfect place for us. We were in a Golf competition at Trevose which is a three minute drive away.
We had a great stay at boulders! The house was very clean, well equipped and just perfect for our trip. Only thing I would add is thicker/darker curtains/blinds in the double bedrooms as we were blessed with nice sunny weather!
We stayed at Boulders which was a very short distance from our family’s caravan at Treyarnon, which we were setting up in readiness for the summer season. We were with elderly parents and the house was absolutely ideal for them, comfortable and a lovely place to come back to after working hard down at the caravan. We were just staying for a long weekend. We know the area really well, but it was lovely to stay in St. Merryn. The house is absolutely lovely, very clean, spacious and comfortable, with absolutely everything. It matches the description perfectly and is end of terrace in a very pleasant and quiet neighbourhood very close to the centre of St Merryn. Charlotte sent really helpful friendly messages and information about the house/check-in etc. Would highly recommend.
This was the second time we’ve stayed at Boulders and once again we had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, tidy and perfectly located for our golfing competition. The same as on our last visit Charlotte was always quick to respond to any questions. All being well we’ll be back next year. Thank you
We had a wonderful stay at Boulders in March 2024, it is located in a quiet cul de sac just a few minutes walk from central St Merryn and close to Padstow/Wadebridge. Boulders is a lovely well kept, spacious house and a home from home. We ate in the village at Rafferty’s and also The Cornish Arms, both were excellent food and service. We would definitely like to stay at Boulders again in the future.
The house is clean, comfortable and child friendly - the photos don’t do it justice. Location is perfect, we have 2 toddlers and it is situated next to a lovely park. A quick walk into St Merryn and 5 minutes in the car to the beach. Great communication with Charlotte throughout the booking and easy access to the property on the day. Will definitely be booking again.
