Luxury Penthouse Apartment. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in St Ives Town above Tate
SURF'S UP. FREE WIFI. Fantastic Luxury Penthouse Apartment with jaw dropping ocean views overlooking Porthmeor beach. Accessed via a spiral staircase within a purpose built turret. Absolute luxury, equipped to the highest standard and with original local artwork.Central heating and double glazing make it perfect for year round holidays. In the kitchen there are built in appliances including washer/dryer,dishwasher a Baby Gaggia Coffee machine and Alessi equipment. The living area has access onto a balcony with views of the ocean, 40'' TV/Bluray/video & Bose I pod doc and lead for other devices. The master bedroom/en suite also has ocean views and the 2nd bedroom has harbour views. Molton Brown hand soap/creams are provided in the bathrooms. Rental from 3pm Friday to 10am Friday, with a weekly change of luxury bedding & towels.(Sorry,no pets and no smoking). Included free use of garage in Trerice Place, St Ives, TR26 1AT, location shown on our website. (5 mins walk, 16'9 x 9' max with 7' door width) car parking is also available outside on Barnoon public car park.(Please check Cornwall Council website for weekly parking ticket prices and payment methods)

WiFi is provided free of charge, performance and service is outside our control and cannot be guaranteed.

To book we just need £100 per week none refundable booking deposit for bookings up to £1000 per week and £200 per week for weeks above £1000. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday starts, as is the £100 refundable damage deposit. Guests are advised to ensure they have cancelation insurance in place to cover all eventualities.

6 Ocean Breeze is so peaceful with fantastic views over St Ives Bay . More spacious than the photos are able to show. Very clean and everything you need is included. Really felt like a home rather than a holiday let. Owners are so easy to communicate with. We would all move there permanently if possible

The owners always have the apartment beautifully presented and equipped. Fabulous sea views and ideally situated to enjoy all that St Ives has to offer. Garage parking is a real bonus. Couldn’t wish for a better location to explore Cornwall and St Ives. We return year after year and it never fails to disappoint. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at Surfs Up 6 Ocean Breeze several times and have to say that everything about it is fantastic. The accommodation is very clean and tidy, the rooms are very spacious and the decor is tasteful and modern with lovely art work (some painted by the owner). The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is a separate bathroom as well which is very handy. The view from the lounge/dining area and main bedroom are amazing with lovely sea views. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with modern appliances and every utensil you could possibly imagine, so you need for nothing. The location of the apartment couldn’t be better and is ideally situated for visiting the centre of St Ives. It is situated a short walk out of the town, opposite a pay and display car park, which is very useful if you don’t wish to make use of the garage facility which is a short walk away. We can’t recommend Surfs Up highly enough and the prices are very reasonable for the standard of accommodation and location. Also, the owners Caroline & Ian are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you have a pleasant stay.
