Description
A stunning detached reverse level seaside holiday home offering outstanding finish and style with spacious 4 bedroom plus snug accommodation. Situated in a slightly elevated location with fine sea and coastal views from the front across and up the coast to Godrevy Lighthouse.Ample off road parking for 4 cars, lovely garden and just a truly special house. It has underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump and we hope to add PV solar panels making this a true eco home. The upstairs has 7 velux windows operated by remove control.
This St Ives Home from home is located 0.6 miles from Carbis Bay beach and 1.5 miles from St Ives, both equally accessible by foot, so leave the car and explore. All bedrooms have quality Harrison Spinks mattresses and beds with cotton percale linen and either black out blinds or black out curtains ensuring a good nights sleep is had by all.

By Allan on 31-Jul-2022A quiet spot but a 15 minute walk to the beach (or the pub). The house was spotlessly clean, well appointed throughout. The living areas are airy with plenty of space. The view from the lounge is amazing. Very comfortable furnishings, big comfy beds too. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at St Ives Cottage.
