Fantastic location, right next to surfing beach, coastal walks, great restaurants. Has parking, garden, easy access. Lovely clean property, 2 bathrooms, all modern facilities, loved it and hope to return. Thank you x
We spent a week at Beach Break House in June, unfortunately the weather wasn’t too nice so it was lovely to return at the end of the day to a very comfortable, cosy place instead of a B & B which we have done in the past. It has everything that you might need to enjoy your holiday & is close to lovely coastal walks & shops & eating places. There is off road parking too. The beautiful sea views was the icing on the cake! We hope to stay again.
We had a fabulous week in this lovely house. Great location, sea views, parking, beautifully equipped & furnished. All comforts & needs anticipated & catered for. Ticks every box& more. We will definitely be back.
We had the most lovely stay @beach break. This is clearly a well loved home and house; the location is just perfect for Porthmeor Beach and a few minutes walk into the centre of St Ives. Our accommodation was excellent, with everything we needed and more. A lovely open plan living area and kitchen with a fabulous sun trap garden/courtyard at the rear. We couldn’t have widened for more. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.
Stayed here for a week with my family and it ticked all boxes, twice! The garden area, while small was perfect for family bbq’s and a real sun trap in the early evening after a day exploring St Ives & the surrounding area. Parking was a real bonus and the house was amazing, having everything you could ask for. Clean, spacious with fantastic views of the sea. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
We had a family holiday in Beach Break House last June and I can honestly say that it is an absolute gem in every way. It is ideally located as it is only 2 minutes walk to Porthmeor beach, it’s cafes, restaurant where we were lucky enough to watch the sun go down whilst enjoying a 5 star dinner (book early). There is a surf school on that beach, ideal for the young ones and the older ones too!! The house is 5 minutes walk to Porthgwidden beach, a scenic cove very sheltered and quaint whilst a 20 minutes walk will take you to Porthminster beach. Beach Break House is less than 10 minutes walk to St Ives harbour so no need to wait for everyone to be up and ready as they can easily join you later for a coffee, giving everyone freedom and independence in spite of being together. It is also ideally situated for the casual or keen walker as the coastal path is on the door step. The views from the house are breathtaking. The beauty of this home is that it offers 2 parking spaces which is not usual when renting a cottage in St Ives. You don’t actually need a car whilst staying there unless you are planning to do some sightseeing as it is close to the railway station. The house itself is the best equipped house I have ever stayed at, it was totally unexpected to find everything you needed, just like if it was your very own holiday home. It is a very spacious house, bright and very comfortable and you can enjoy the sun in the secluded back all day. This holiday was very memorable and I am hoping to return in the not too distant future. We all came back from St Ives calmer, more relaxed and that is priceless in today’s society. I am very thankful that the owner is happy to share her heavenly home with others. Patricia from Cheadle Hulme
