Description

PLEASE NOTE SHORT BREAKS ARE AVAILABLE DURING MARCH , APRIL, EARLY MAY AND OCTOBER ON REQUEST MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS

Enjoy a cosy character semi- detached cottage. A sunny west facing conservatory welcomes you in with a sitting/ dining room leading off it. This has a colour tv - Netflix ready with a selection of DVDs , free wi fi and radio. There is an eco Rointe radiator in the lounge should the weather be inclement and this is run by roof panels and a meter which is always topped up before guests arrive if it has been used which I find is very seldom. All other hot water and electricity are included in the price.

The fully equipped galley kitchen with washing machine leads off the sitting room plus a newly upgraded ground floor shower room.

Upstairs there is a twin bedded bedroom with countyrside views and double bedded bedroom with garden view . There is a travel cot for a baby if needed. All bed linen is provided apart from bedding for the travel cot as most mums prefer to bring their own. Towels are provided except for beach towels.

The conservatory leads to a pretty cottage garden with table and chairs and sun umbrella. A barbecue is provided for alfresco diners..

Regret NO PETS allowed and NO SMOKING please in the cottage itself. Guests should arrive after 3pm on the Saturday and depart at 10am on the following Saturday.

The cottage is very cosy with a west facing conservatory for relaxing with a good book or an afternoon snooze! . We have endeavoured to supply everything you need for a comfortable stay and many visitors return each year which is lovely.

Excellent Accommodation and Host

By Zita Saffrette on 27-Apr-2024

The accommodation was perfect for the three of us - me, husband and adult son. It had everything we required and was in a great spot for visiting Marazion and the many other lovely areas of that part of Cornwall. We also enjoyed the convenient access to the train going across to St Ives - much better than driving and parking there! The owner was very helpful and responsive during the booking process, and was available on site once we had arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
