Ty Martin is a traditional stone cottage of character situated in the small hamlet of Porthiddy just above the beach of Abereiddy, extremely popular for coasteering /surfing and the famous Blue Lagoon. The cottage is convenient for the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and beaches which are just a few minutes walk across the fields or by road. Boat trips to the islands of Ramsey, Skomer, Skokholm and Grassholm are of particular interest to bird watchers. The city of St Davids is only 7 miles away with a variety of places to eat and places to visit including the Cathedral and Bishop’s Palace. There are many activities to be found around the area. Why not take an evening stroll along the coast path to Porthgain and enjoy refreshments at the popular Sloop Inn.
Ty Martin provides peace and quiet without being isolated. There is a small garden and dogs are welcome. The accommodation for up to 5 people includes a living room with high beamed ceiling, comfortable furniture, TV/DVD and WI-FI. The kitchen leads off the living room and has a dining table, cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, one upstairs bedroom has a 4′ bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds. The bathroom with bath, shower over, w.c. and washbasin is on the ground floor. Heating. cooking and hot water are by electricity, Economy 7 for the shower. A wood burner makes this a warm cottage for all year round lets. Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring BED LINEN and TOWELS. This cosy cottage has a wealth of character.
Bookings are taken from Friday to Friday as changeover day is FRIDAY in the peak season. Please contact owner for shorter breaks or out of season.
