We are excited to launch Elite Blue for it’s second season! Our personally owned BRAND NEW LUXURIOUS 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM LODGE which boasts stunning unobstructed countryside and sea views located at Park Dean Newquay, Cornwall.
The lodge is situated in the newly developed, prestigious road housing only luxury lodges Maple View, a quiet section of Park Dean Newquay which enjoys stunning, countryside and sea views. You can park in the private parking spaces/drive next to the lodge - there is room for 2 cars. It is a short walk to the brand new restaurant, outdoor entertainment venue with bar and loads more facilities including Clip and Climb ropes, Pirate Crazy Golf, Bungee Trampolines, heated outdoor pools with slide, Bear Grylls Survival and kid’s playgrounds (Passes must be purchased from reception)
As soon as you have parked - relax -step onto the front terrace (there are two) and take in the view. We have enjoyed the most incredible sunset! We are sure you will spend plenty of time here dining alfresco enjoying food straight off the gas bbq and simply enjoying the peace sat at the outside table and chairs.
Inside you enter the utility room, ideal for giving your dog a wipe down using the sink, hanging up your coat and leaving your shoes. The built in washing machine/dryer is also found here. Then you enter the tastefully decorated open plan living area. This comprises of a modern fully equipped kitchen with island and bar stools, large integrated fridge and freezer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. We have recently added an air fryer and a Nescafe coffee pod machine. There is everything for when you wish to cook, eat and stay in.
To the right is the dining area and plenty of room to sit 6 at the dining table. Get comfortable on the two sofas in the lounge and enjoy watching the 50 inch TV, watch a DVD or listen to your favorite tune through the blue tooth speakers in the ceiling. The flame effect fire is ideal on a chilly evening.
Down the hallway there are 3 double bedrooms two of which have twin beds (the single beds can be pushed together to make double beds). All bedrooms have full size beds, their own TV and are well furnished with plenty of wardrobe space to hang your clothes.
The master bedroom with 5ft bed has a walk-in closet and ensuite with shower, wc and hand basin. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower overhead for the other 2 bedrooms to use. Travel cot and/or highchair are available. One dog possibly two permitted per booking with owner's prior authorization - £30 per dog. This is a non-smoking property - guests may smoke outside. There are EV chargers to charge your electric car in Parkdean carpark or you can plug your car in through lodge window. Minimum stay is for 5 nights - please enquire if you are interested in booking as a discount can nearly always be applied.

Passes to use facilities need to be purchased from Parkdean reception although this is not necessary if using the accommodation as a base to explore from!

Everything!! I really love the lodge its very homey and the views from the balcony are fantastic. The lodge are very equip, everything you need is there. I love the Christmas tree and other decors, I appreciate the effort to bring the holiday vibes in the lodge. The lodge is very clean and well polished.. would def stay in this lodge again when I’m in cornwall but will go back in summer this time so I can experience the resort’s facilities, as they’re close during winter. also the host Cheryl , very approachable and reliable host, she gave me good recommendation lists on where to eat and go during my stay. nothing really, everything was perfect!

Loved it all The interior was exceptional standard beautiful and modern and clean to high standard. The views are wonderful! From the outside seating area Great location! 10mins drive from Newquay Town centre if that, and only half hours drive from Eden project. I wouldn''t say it was something I didn''t like but just to keep in mind if you have little ones the location of the lodge on the holiday site is set out the way of the facilities e.g. bar,restaurant,play area and pool which is great for the peace and quiet but we got round this by driving down as we had a young toddler

Exceptional 10 Great location, the place was very clean and tidy. Had all the amenities we required. Would highly recommend.
