Description
Situated within landscaped grounds, in a quiet location, a few minutes walk to the town centre, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom contemporary ground floor apartment is the perfect alternative to the town's premium hotels.A comfortable sitting room, accessed through double doors, benefits from the fine leather sofas and large TV screen. This is complemented by a dining area with table and four chairs.
A large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and quality siemans appliances including a built-in oven,induction hob, microwave and dishwasher and coffee machine. A washing machine and drier are located in a separate utility cupboard.
The apartment has two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a fully tiled en-suite. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be adjusted to form a double bed. Completing the accommodation is a family size the bathroom with an over-bath shower. Both bathrooms have under floor heating.
Tastefully decorated throughout, the apartment is finished in a contemporary modern
style.
The apartment benefits from allocated private parking. The main entrance door leads into a large communal hall and the door entry system provides excellent security.
Check-in from 3pm using the on-site key box.

Short walk into Market Street and about 20 minutes to old course. John was really responsive to messages before we arrived. Would definitely recommend.

In addition, a lot of stuff is available so you don’t have to pick up an entire cart with basic needs right away. Salt, pepper. toilet paper, dishwasher cubes, coffee cups etc. was al well. Next time we will definitely go here again.

Great location - walkable to all parts of the town and yet in a very quiet setting with private parking. John was very responsive and provided clear instructions and photos for check in. I would not hesitate to recommend.

The two bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed both of us to enjoy our own space and privacy. Though this apartment is on the ground floor in a building of several condo units, it is extremely quiet and we never heard our neighbours coming or going or sounds from other units. We had a rental car and it was nice to have an off- street parking spot adjacent to the unit as otherwise parking is pretty tight in downtown St Andrews. It is also super accessible to the main shopping streets of downtown St Andrews via a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended. We had a slight issue with bath towels not being in the unit at check-in but John quickly had his cleaning staff deliver needed towels
