Description
Just 10 minutes from Perranporth, Truro and Newquay, our traditional, pet friendly cottage is located in a tranquil valley on our family small holding. The cosy separate lounge area has an oil-fired wood burner (professionally lit for winter months only). The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, dishwasher, ample cupboard storage and a dining table for 4. Bed linen, towels (bath and kitchen but not beach), tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, washing up liquid, and dishwasher tablets are all included to save you from bringing unnecessary items.Large upstairs bedroom area with double bed and single day bed (and room enough for a travel cot) in the wraparound area not visible from double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep either one adult or 2 children. We will contact you to agree bedding and sleeping arrangements prior to your visit. The cottage also boasts a downstairs cloakroom and upstairs shower room. The secure fenced rear patio has furniture, barbecue and shed storage for bikes, wetsuits etc.. The front lawn is also fully fenced. Footpaths from the doorstep and access to our streams and woodland.

By Minxie Me on 22-Jan-2025We just had a delightful, peaceful stay at the cottage with our two dogs. We found it very homely and Kate very welcoming. Close to some of the most beautiful beaches in N Cornwall, our dogs had a ball. Would most certainly recommend and look forward to returning soon.
Perfect place to Stay!
By Emma Robertson on 24-Oct-2024Perfect place to stay! We had a wonderful weekend at Katie’s place while attending a wedding at nearby Nancarrow farm. Her and her partner are outstanding hosts who really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us out, including providing a some lovely food straight from their garden. The cottage is a short drive to nearby beaches like Trevaunancr Cove (pictures) and picturesque villages. The kitchen has everything you might need too! Plenty space for small group. Highly recommend!

Great for exploring

They have all amenities, great kitchen with all supplies necessary, BBQ and Katie even offers products from the farm (eggs, sausages, vegetables). Katie and her family are friendly, responsive and offer local recomandations. Make sure to spend time with Holly the dog and the family''s 4 cats while you''re there.
