Nestled between Burnham on Sea and Weston Super Mare on the Somerset coast, Brean offers an abundance of nostalgic British seaside charm and is a nature lovers dream.
Brean Beach has long been a firm favourite with locals thanks to its six miles of sand , surrounded by dunes - in fact, it's the second longest stretch of sand in Europe!
It's also a dog-friendly beach, and pet owners will be glad to know that pooches are welcome all year round, unlike some of the more popular destinations where restrictions apply during the peak summer months.
There are plenty of gorgeous walks in the area too, such as a trail towards a nearby lighthouse. When the tide is out you may be able to spot the wreck of MV Nornen, a ship which ran aground in the late 1800s.
As well as being the home to award winning holiday resorts, traditional amusement arcades and Adventure, Water and Theme Parks, this charming seaside gem promises unforgettable experiences for families, dog walkers, nature lovers and those just looking to “get away from it all”!

By Sue&Barry -holiday makers on 08-Jun-2024We stayed for a week commencing 8.6.24. Can not recommend this bungalow enough from being meet by our friendly host to the whole bungalow and gardens. Private gate onto beach, large fenced garden, beautiful interior with everything that you need. Hope to stay again next year.

Has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday, including a dishwasher.! Great views from the garden and stunning sunsets every evening. There is so much to praise. I''ll just say book it ! You cant go wrong
5* FABULOUS HOLIDAY BUNGALOW

Amazing views from the back garden and close to local entertainment. Annette greeted us on arrival, she has been very helpful, proffessional and personable throughout, from enquiry to checkout. When we return to Brean there will only be one place we will be checking into.
STUNNING COTTAGE AND LOCATION
By Cija Brown on 25-Aug-2020My family and myself stayed at the otters last week. Well what can I say what a beautiful cottage inside and outside. Lots of space inside with everything you need. The garden was great for our fur baby and he enjoyed lying in the sun. It was great knowing that the garden was completely secure which is normally a worry for me when we go on holiday. It was great having the beach at the end of the garden and I thoroughly enjoyed having my first cuppa of the day watching the sea. The cottage is a short drive or roughly a 15-20 min stroll from the main amenities of Brean. There is a shop across the road and a couple of pubs a few minutes walk. We met the owners half way through our week and they were lovely and helpful. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning in the future.
