Situated on the Lower Mill Estate, a 500 acre private nature reserve for holiday homes, Oakleigh Cottage is a fully equipped 4 bedroom (2 ensuite) property. It is one of a limited number of properties in Mill Village which includes access to the onsite Spa's heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, eco pool, gym, sauna, plus there are playgrounds, children's trail, further heated pool, fishing, tennis, sport facilities, water activities, lake access and more.

We accept bookings with a maximum of eight guests (adults or children) in addition we have two travel cots available for babies and toddlers. Stair gates, high chair, bed guards, baby bath seat and toddler feeding utensils are also available.
We are dog friendly and accept two house trained, well behaved, dogs. Lower Mill has lovely walks right on your door step including the famous Thames Path. We don't allow dogs on the beds and ask that they are not left alone if you go off the estate as in new environments dogs can become anxious. We offer a digital guide/app on booking which includes dog friendly attractions and pubs in the Cotswolds, plus dog sitters if required. Please let us know on booking if you are bringing a dog with you.

-We do not accept Hen/Stag parties or groups of teenagers.
-The Lower Mill Estate does not accept guests for work purposes/contracting/commuting, all properties onsite are for holiday use only.
We are a member of the Professional Association of Self Caterers UK and all health and safety regulations have been met.
Oakleigh Cottage is situated within a designated tourism hub called the Cotswold Lakes (was Cotswolds Water Park) and our property is permitted by the Cotswold District Council for holiday use only. Therefore we do not take up local housing stock and we support local communities and businesses in the area.
