Our cosy 4-bedroom cottage offers the perfect retreat for you and your loved ones to unwind, reconnect with nature & create lasting memories. This hideaway promises an unforgettable experience filled with comfort, tranquility & breathtaking views
The cottage includes a log burner, indoor and outdoor dining, utility room.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house & can arrive early to explore ahead of release of the keys to the cottage. Further information will be included in the digital guest guide after booking - which is full of recommendations for private chef, places to visit, pubs, local attractions with activities for all ages!
Although our stays are self-catered, we provide complimentary starter packs of:
- Tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, Nespresso coffee pods, cooking oils, various herbs, vinegars, lemon juice, cling film, tin foil, baking paper, paper towels & tea towels
- For the summer months 2 self lighting BBQ coal packs & in the cooler months a bundle of logs with firelighters
- Cleaning starter pack: dishwasher tablets, scourer, jay cloth, washing up liquid & bin bags
Children are welcome at the cottage & we supply a medium sized travel cot & travel high chair included as part of your stay. If you need to hire more these can be pre-ordered. We’ve also stocked plenty indoor entertainment in our activity cupboard in the lounge such as: an XBOX & games, board games, travel ping pong, puzzles, cards, books, DVD’s & CD’s, as well as local maps & walks
Well behaved pets are welcomed to Pike House. Please note that currently the garden isn’t enclosed, so do bring a long line together with your dogs bed, blanket/s & towel/s. There’s a handy outdoor tap to wash muddy paws or boots by the front door. With 550 acres to explore there are long or short walks for you & your dog. We provide two stainless steel water / food bowls as well a a couple of surprises for your four legged family member/s
We include a suggested ‘what to bring’ within the e-guide - that can also be shared with the rest of your party, to help plan your stay
