Description

Caerwen Cottage 1, an 18th century grade 2 listed fisherman’s cottage overlooking Solva harbour, St Brides Bay and the unspoilt headlands of the Pembrokeshire National Park.
The cottages are set back in their own grounds with substantial gardens to the front rear and side.The coastal footpath passes right outside the cottage.
The historic fishing village of Solva with its busy quay and charming high street with cafes, craft shops and art galleries is only a few minutes walk away.
The city of St Davids with its historic Cathedral and Bishop’s Palace is 3 miles away.
For those who want to venture further afield there are many beaches and coves to explore either a short drive or walk away. Whether you want a relaxed holiday or an adrenaline filled holiday surfing and coasteering the location is perfect.
The cottage contains all the character and charm you’d expect to find in a cottage of this age. All the main rooms have fantastic sea views across the harbour and St Brides Bay.
An entrance hall leads to the sitting room and dining room with separate kitchen. There is a cloakroom with shower located on the ground floor.
The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. One has a double bed and single bed (which can be used as a twin or double room). The second bedroom has fulll size bunk beds and the third has a single bed. The bathroom is located on the first floor.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but linen (sheets, duvet covers, towels, tea towels etc) is not provided.
The driveway has ample parking. A torch is advisable when walking back after a night out.
The cottages have full central heating.
