Torrings enjoys far reaching views to Dartmoor and the surrounding South Hams countryside. The bustling centre of Salcombe is a 5 minute stroll away and the Spar mini-market is just around the corner. At the end of the road is a well equipped children’s playground and a heated outdoor swimming pool.

Off road parking plus the private enclosed garden which is great for children and dogs makes this newly refurbished house a must.

The lounge is furnished with 2 double sofas and large pouffe, together with a real effect gas fire. This cosy room is a great spot to curl up and watch your favourite shows on the flat screen smart tv or enjoy a family game from the assortment found in the wall mounted cupboard.

The dining area is furnished with side board plus drinks tray as well as the large wooden table seating 7 comfortably.

The kitchen is newly refurbished with granite work tops, built in fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher and range stove. This has one gas oven plus one electric oven providing versatile cooking options. A small nespresso coffee maker along with an assortment of other useful mod cons, ensures all your kitchen needs will be met.

There is a large utility room or 'Dog house' found at the end of the hallway. This is a great space with washing machine, electric clothes airer plus sink and cupboards. This room is ideal for your dogs bed and/or cage and is furnished with dog bowls and dog towels for your convenience.

There is side access to the garden where surf boards, paddle boards etc can be safely stored. The outside shower is perfect for a rinse down after the beach.
