About this accommodation
Our house is nestled in the heights of the medieval village of Saint Siffret, 5 km from the Duchy of Uzès. The location is very quiet and in a residential area. The house has contemporary design and was built in 2016. It offers 300 m2 of living space over 2 floors with all modern comforts, a 7x4m salt water swimming pool and a 1800m2 landscaped garden. Our house is the ideal place to relax, entertain & visit the numerous tourist attractions nearby.HousingThe house is fully air-conditioned and offers 5 large comfortable bedrooms (4 with TV) including a master suite of 45 m2 with ensuite bath and shower. 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. There is a games room with a mini billiard table and a Gym with various machines for your daily workouts (exercise bike , rowing machine, abdominal machine, weight bench, vibrating plate, treadmill, smart TV etc.), a cinema room with large smart TV (DVD, home cinema, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc…) a second reading room , a vast open living space of 70 m2 with a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, living-dining room and large pocket windows opening onto a landscaped and shaded garden of 1800 m2. Wifi is available throughout the house. A separate utility room (not pictured) houses the American fridge freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Outside in the garden you will appreciate the pretty salt water swimming pool surrounded by a travertine stone terrace and equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and pool alarm (if requested). The pool is not fenced in but we can provide a pool alarm. The pool is not suitable for diving. The pool is not heated but this really isn't a necessity with the climate here !
There is also a shaded wooden deck seating area ideal for your evening aperitif or morning coffee, a patio with awning and wrought iron table and chairs, plancha and barbecue. The garden is very private & not overlooked.
In addition, a pétanque court, a Table tennis table and a hammock are at your disposal for your entertainment and relaxation.
A charging point for electric cars is available.
This is our family house for most of the year so you should find it welcoming and well equipped. Our aim is share the comfort of our home with you, ensuring you a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in this area of Provence that we love so much. We are always nearby and available should you have any queries or problems during your stay. Please feel free to call us to discuss if the house is suitable for your vacation.
Just a small restriction for our tall clients, it should be noted that the first floor has a height of 1.93m at the level of the games room, the gym and the cinema room, the rest of the house being of normal height.
Flat rate of between 3300€ - 2800€ per week depending on dates - longer stays please consult us

Traveler access : A pretty wrought iron gate leads into the property. You will have access to all areas of the house, as well as its exteriors, completely fenced and out of sight.
Other remarks : A guide with ideas for walks and excursions will be available to you in a welcome booklet. Among these, the visit to the Duchy of Uzès and the Eure valley, the Gardon Gorges and its crystal clear waters ideal for bathing & kayaking down to the The Pont du Gard, a famous aqueduct and splendor of Roman architecture, the Cévennes mountains and the Mont Bouquet, a rocky peak dominating the region, the towns of Nîmes and Arles and their Roman remains, Avignon and its palace, the Sautadet waterfalls, remarkable limestone waterfalls, the Haribo sweet museum and the Languedoc coast (1 hours drive away) with the fortified town of Aigues Mortes and many surrounding sandy beaches..... and many other sites to visit without fail! Tennis courts, several a golf courses and other activities such as horse riding, rock climbing, kayaking are available nearby.
Access is easy as Montpellier and Marseille airports just 90 minutes drive away and Nîmes airport is just 45 minutes from the house. There is also easy access from Avignon or Nîmes train stations with car hire available.
