Accessed from the ground level via either external or internal stairs is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances such as double range cooker, microwave, air fryer, an American style fridge
freezer, dishwasher plus coffee machine. To the right of the kitchen is a hallway leading to the dining room, which in turn leads into the living room (Sky TV) & both rooms have separate sets of double doors opening onto a patio area, one covered, one not.
Along the hallway from the kitchen is a good sized double air conditioned bedroom with private balcony (sea views) plus access to a family bathroom.
A staircase from the hallway leads up to an air conditioned double bedroom with a balcony with fantastic sea views. There is another air conditioned bedroom with two single beds & both rooms have access to a separate bathroom & toilet.
Externally, on the ground level behind electric gates is parking area for four cars. On the next level is situated a heated infinity swimming pool with ample patio areas with sun loungers all with sea views.
To the rear of the villa is a wisteria covered pergola with terraced patio plus dining/chairs, gas bbq, rattan furniture & lovely views of the national trust wooded landscape.
Lastly, for the sports minded individuals, on the ground floor a gym with various weight lifting equipment, an exercise bike plus a table tennis table are located for clients use only.
