Despite its convenient proximity to the A1, the cottage enjoys a peaceful setting with a private driveway, ensuring a tranquil stay. Inside, the décor exudes a cozy, homely, and quintessentially British country farm cottage vibe.
DOWNSTAIRS:
Kitchen Diner: Step into the heart of the home, where the kitchen diner leads out to an oak porch and patio, offering stunning views of the countryside. The spacious kitchen features generous units, a dishwasher, electric double oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a well-sized fridge and freezer. We've taken care of your dining needs with ample cutlery, crockery, and cookware. Families with young ones will find a high chair and booster cushion, along with children's plastic cups and plates.
Living Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, this inviting room boasts an open fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. You'll find a comfortable leather reclining sofa's, along with a Smart TV, DVD player, and a selection of DVDs suitable for all ages. Children will have a blast with the provided play mat, toys, and board games.
Cloak Room: A practical space by the back door, ideal for storing footwear, coats, and wellies. It also serves as a convenient spot for your furry friend, offering ample space for one or two dog beds.
Laundry Facilities: For your convenience, we provide a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a large clothesline in an outdoor shed, offering plenty of space to sort and fold your laundry.
Bathroom: Adjacent to the cloakroom, the spacious bathroom features a thermostatic shower over the bath.
UPSTAIRS:
3 Bedrooms: Overlooking the garden and showcasing breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, the three bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat.
Bedroom 1: King-sized bed

Travel Cot: Available at no extra charge we provide a matress and fitted sheet(please bring your own cot bedding)
Single Air Bed: Can be set up in bedroom 2.
OUTSIDE:
Ample parking space awaits next to the property. The fully enclosed garden provides a safe haven for children and pets.
On the patio, enjoy the garden table and chairs, along with a range of ride-on tractors and trailers, as well as goal posts and football to keep the children entertained.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Please note that the property features one bathroom located on the ground floor. Utilities, Wi-Fi, bed linen, and bath towels are all included in your stay. We offer a travel cot with mattress and fitted sheet. (guests please bring your own preferred bedding), highchair, booster cushion, and a stair gate at no additional cost. Smoking is not permitted indoors, ensuring a pleasant and fresh environment for all our guests.
Dogs
We are delighted to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs to Moo Cow Cottage and respectively add that dogs are not to be upstairs or on furniture and never left alone in the cottage unless in a crate which we can provide if needed.
