Landers is a contemporary, family friendly holiday home located in the heart of Rock.

Ideally positioned with stunning views of the estuary, the house is a short walk to Rock beach, St Enodoc Golf Club, the Sailing Club, and the waterfront shops, bars and restaurants Rock is famous for. The ferry link to Padstow goes from nearby Rock beach.

Sleeping 9 people across 4 bedrooms, this delightful home is the perfect seaside retreat for family and friends. 2 en-suite bathrooms plus two additional bathrooms means that each bedroom can have sole use of its own bathroom.

In order to make the most of the gorgeous South-facing views, the property is arranged 'upside down'. An impressive glass fronted deck on the front of the house looks down across the water to Padstow and the Iron Bridge on the Camel Trail, making it a truly magnificent space to enjoy a lovely, sunny breakfast or evening meal.

A well equipped kitchen with open plan living / dining room is on the first floor, making it the perfect social space to spend time with family and friends. Also on the first floor and enjoying the same glorious waterside views is the master bedroom suite with super king bed.

The 3 further bedrooms (1 ensuite) are downstairs on the ground floor alongside a soundproofed TV and games room.

Over the last 30 years Landers has hosted many a happy family gathering, including Christmas, Easter, half terms and of course - endless summers. The wood burning stove ensures you will be cosy whatever the weather, and the constantly changing view of the Estuary provides an opportunity to down screens and relax, a short walk from the best that Cornwall has to offer.

Landers is one of the nicest holiday houses we have stayed in.

We had a perfect 'home from home' holiday. Landers is a beautiful house - well equipped kitchen, utility room with washing and drying facilities and the house is spacious enough for more than one family holidaying together. The views over the Camel estuary are amazing and it is in an ideal location - only a short walk to the beach and a fantastic pub. We stayed over the New Year and will definitely be back for a summer family holiday.

Wonderful house in Rock

We loved returning to stay at Landers during October half term. The house is wonderfully spacious with a separate children’s snug as well as lots of living space upstairs. The kitchen is very well equipped. The views from the balcony deck are amongst the best in Rock. The house is very well placed to get down to the beach and access up to the golf club/dunes through the garden is an added bonus. Everyone enjoyed the hot outdoor shower after a surf too!Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
