• Central heating, TV, WiFi. The house has undergone total refurbishment, and is beautifully furnished. All bed linen is high quality 100% cotton.
• Master suite upstairs, king size bed with bath, WC and basin upstairs.
• Original winding stair not suitable for those with mobility problems.
• Downstairs twin bedroom ideal for anyone with limited mobility 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Shower room downstairs with mini bath for children.
Large sturdy travel cots and high chairs also available.
• Well equipped kitchen, beautiful living room with sea views.
• Garden at front has great sea views, rear garden is private and a real suntrap. There is a barbecue, sun beds, table, chairs and sun umbrella.
When the front gates are closed the whole garden is safe and enclosed for children or dogs.
• The RAF base, Valley can be seen from the upstairs bedroom. Fast jets (Hawks) and helicopters train during the week but not at weekends.
The flights take offs can range from none to a couple of hours over the day. We get visits from the Red Arrows, who sometimes practice their routines here.
The jets can be noisy at times but spectacular.
• There are several restaurants, look up Sandy Mount House, Mojos, Mezze 40, also pubs, Glan Neigr, Y Morfa and Starvation Bar.
we have a hairdresser, pharmacy (closed at weekends) post office and general store.
• Locally Funsport hires wetsuits, surf boards, kite and wind surfing equipment and gives lessons. Also Gecko hires paddle boards, wetsuits also gives lessons.
• 18 hole links golf course in village. Tennis court with brilliant new “carpet” surface, great to play on. Paddle tennis coming soon. Sailing, watersports
• Anglesey coastal walk accessed from the village. Many local attractions and throughout the surrounding region.
• If you have your own boat, Jet ski, kayak etc, you can launch off the beach, depending on your vehicle. There is some soft sand which when very dry, 2 wheel
drive vehicles may get stuck.
• Short breaks are available, In peak season I only take full week bookings, Friday to Friday.
Out of season, I am happy to do shorter stays. 50% fee required on booking, remainder 1 month before arrival. If booking within 1 month, full fee due on
booking please. There is a charge of £25 per dog per week, (maximum 2 dogs) please add this to your booking fee, thank you. £150 returnable deposit.
