Description

A self-catering apartment on the south pier of this quiet picturesque fishing village overlooking the harbour, little sandy beach and promenade with restaurants, hotels and bars opposite.

The apartment offers stylish accommodation for a romantic getaway and is within yards of one of the finest restaurants in Galloway. Portpatrick is ideal for walking, golfing as well as a centre for wider reaching sightseeing tours - including Belfast (Titanic), the Galloway hills and world famous gardens, historic castles and our local distillery nearby.

Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Leading off from this is the master bedroom with en suite facilities, including walk-in shower. With our self-catering holiday accommodation in Portpatrick, we understand the winter in Scotland and ensure that underfloor heating will leave you warm and cosy during the nights! A feature spiral staircase leads to the upstairs lounge.

Upstairs there is the stunning lounge which features a hand crafted Douglas Fir ceiling and Pitch Pine floor. Through the double glass panelled doors there are superb views across the beach, harbour and village. For those cooler nights there is a Penman gas fired stove, backed up by radiators. A with full sized bath is entered via a partitioned dressing area with generous wardrobe space. Access to the upper floor is by a spiral staircase from the kitchen and dining area. From the upper level there is a door which opens out onto a public car park at the rear. There is car parking also at the front of the apartment. All parking is free. ​

Bed linen, towels, electricity, fuel for the stove and unlimited Wi-Fi are provided in the price.
The master bedroom sleeps 2 and a bed settee on the upper level means another two people can be accommodated
