The Cob Barn at Roseweek is a self catering, one bedroom property in Cornwall midway between Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan, close to the beach at Porthpean and the town of St Austell. The barn sleeps 2 people in bedroom and an additional two on single day beds in living space.

Tucked away on a farm, you are secluded but not isolated with your own private outdoor space and access to the main house kitchen garden. The barn is a quiet retreat with hi-tec amenities, huge farmhouse kitchen and local Delabole slate floors with warm underfloor heating.

The kitchen has a 5 gas burner/electric oven range cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, toaster, kettle and quality utensils plus Sabatier knife set. Everything from quick snacks to gourmet meals can be served at the massive farmhouse table. The barn is supplied with its own water source, filtered and UV treated, for the perfect cup of tea.

Upstairs, the spacious living area has open beams, English oak floorboards and steps down to the garden. Wooden shutters provide a blackout for viewing stunning HD TV and Netflix movies via a video projector with surround sound. Two daybeds can be used as single beds and bedding is provided.

The bedroom has adjoining wet room with WC and basin. The whole barn is connected to Wi-Fi and the eating area has a Mac computer with internet and TV.

Adjacent to The Cob Barn is another barn where we provide a washing machine and a pair of mountain bikes for your use.

Feel free to wander around our small field and kitchen garden where you may help yourself to seasonal vegetables.
