Set over 3 floors, Shambrook is the perfect cottage for up to 6 guests to explore the South West, with far reaching views across Porthleven and within easy walking distance of the harbour, beach and all of the amenities that the town has to offer.

The entrance leads into the hallway with doors off to the kitchen, the lounge and stairs to the lower ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped with dining area and door off to small patio area with chairs and steps down to a lower patio.

The lounge has comfortable seating, cosy log burner, Smart TV and view across Porthleven. Stairs lead upstairs to the king size and twin bedroom, both with views of Porthleven, and bathroom with wc, basin, bath with shower over and heated towel rail.

The stairs opposite the front door lead down to the washer dryer, WC and basin and the third bedroom, with kingsize bed and access to the lower patio where there is a table and chairs.

All of our properties are subject to the payment of either an Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver or an Accidental Damage Deposit.
